    I have a diverse history of experience across non-profit, social justice, human resources, recruiting, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), events, operations, talent management, and professional coaching. I have spent several years in the tech industry, working as an individual contributor and people manager for industry leading companies, working on global innovations, initiatives, and programs, while learning from extremely talented and intelligent individuals and teams. I am also a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach.

    Depending on the type of coaching you need, I can offer a one-time or short-term engagement, or something long-term to help you meet your goals or identify goals if you’re not sure what you’re trying to solve.

  • Music, Events, & Creative Direction.

    I have experience working events, with DJs and events companies, as part of my side-hustle life. Because of that, I developed my own passion for music and creating environments, mostly for intimate and private events, centered around music as a self-taught DJ.

    I am highly dedicated to creating experiences for others that are enjoyable, high-touch, and personal. I have spent over a decade in creative pursuits, primarily in writing and poetry/performance. I have taken on roles to consult and direct events, projects, and workshops.

    I can offer consultation for a variety of creative projects or general event and program development. I also own a DSLR camera, lenses, and graphic design programs. An added value to my creative consultation is my industry experience in project management from my day job.

  • Speaking Engagements.

    NOTE: this is for any one-time events, panels, or workshops that are not related to career coaching, mentorship, or long-term engagements related to event planning.

    If you would like to employ me for any public speaking, keynotes, or panel opportunities for your organization (public or private), I am taking inquiries and will prioritize based on need and mission/values based requests. For example, I will be evaluating requests aligned to topics such as social justice, education, DEI, student-based orgs, non-profit, with special consideration for Bay Area, 1st generation, Black, Brown, Native/Indigenous, and Womxn and LGBTQIA+ based organizations.
